365 Ways to Become a Millionaire
by Brian Koslow
Hi grosslyintellectuo-funkofilicisticisticgrooveheads
Here's my first "I.M." review of a book. (IM = Immediate Mastery)
This review reflects what I learned from the book which I am determined to
incorporate immediately into my life with a whole hearted 100% committed
approach of mastery. I have not read the entire book, I have skimmed the book
and I'm determined to quickly and thoroughly embrace and utilize some useful
aspect(s) of the book even if they are small.
Title: "365 Ways to Become a Millionaire Without Being Born One"
Author: Brian Koslow
Subject: prosperity.
Summary: be responsible, have integrity, take responsibility, take leadership,
don't make excuses. Listen. develop credibility.
My most favorite things about the book: This book is very inspiring to me
and I will recommend it to my friends. This is not some superficial get rich
quick scheme. This is valuable information on developing what I like to call
true prosperity. A kind of economic financial prosperity, but connected with
a genuine sense of emotional fulfillment and happiness.
This book is laid out in short blurbs and aphorisms. This is particularly
apropos for me since I'm aol-speak soundbyte fan. :-) u dig? lol I luv
aol :-D AIIIGHT? WERD!
I like how koslow begins right off the bat with encouraging words regarding
integrity. He inspires me that integrity is emphatically crucial for
development of prosperity. Here's one example:
Here are the first two powerful blurbs that the he offers:
#1: Always keep your word. If a change in circumstances means that keeping
your word would be life threatening or otherwise devastating, renegotiate
with the intent of maintaining your integrity.
#2: Integrity requires consistency between your public statements and your
private thoughts.
I like Koslow's emphasis also on self responsibility, for example:
#333: Circumstances are not a valid excuse for lack of performance. If you
cannot confront and overcome your circumstances, your performance will
suffer.
and
#34: The more you complain, the fewer opportunities people will offer you. If
you have a complaint, provide a solution to a person who can do something
about it.
My least favorite things about the book: n/a
Here are some of my lyrics regarding self responsibility:
Again and Again
(K.Dennard)
You have earned my deep respect.
I always will treasure this feeling.
We have love we must protect.
Your joy makes my heart touch the ceiling.
If you ever have worry or doubt just remember this day and let's scream and
shout!
Spontaneously let's all be free from now on.
You have gained my love and trust I never will doubt your sincerity.
We'll go on, I know we must, no matter what pain or severity.
If we ever should argue or fight, let's look deep to ourselves and let's
make it right.
continuously let's share victory from now on.
(CHORUS) TOGETHER WE ARE STRONG, TOGETHER WE'RE UNSTOPPABLE,
I KNOW THAT WE'LL GO ON, OUR LOVE IS JUST UNSHAKEABLE.
TOGETHER WE ARE STRONG, TOGETHER WE'RE UNSTOPPABLE
I KNOW THAT WE'LL GO ON AGAIN AND AGAIN!
again and again... again and again... again and again... again
and again... again and again... again and again... again and
again... again and again...
Note: This song was composed on November 17 , 1994. It was composed
spontaneously in response to Tokyo High School childrens amazing sincere
demeanour. Happily they adopted this song to sing again and again. :-)
What a beautiful golden memory it was. :-)
armed with ways to become millionaires, let's become mind-observing
millionaires of true prosperity and happiness.
let's ADVANCE! :-)
PEACE! :-)
